1. Scope

This statement applies to personal data you provide or that is collected when you browse yosantech.com and its subdomains, email service@yosantech.com, or interact with Yosantech by phone or email.

2. Categories of data collected

We may collect the following categories: contact information (name, company, job title, email, phone), interaction content (email subject and body, inquiry details), technical information (IP address, browser type, page-view history, referring URL), and anonymized statistics generated by analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics.

3. Purposes of collection and use

Data is used only to respond to inquiries and provide quotes, communicate during the engagement process and manage cases, improve website content and service experience, and support compliance and internal audits. We do not sell personal data to third parties, nor use it for purposes unrelated to collection.

4. Data retention period

Contact information is retained for at least five years after the engagement ends, to support follow-up service and legal obligations. Anonymized statistics are kept per the analytics tools' default retention cycle (GA4 defaults to 14 months), after which they are automatically removed or anonymized.

5. Third-party services and data sharing

Yosantech may entrust certain data to leading international cloud and analytics services, currently including Google Cloud / AWS / Cloudflare (infrastructure), Google Analytics 4 / Vercel (web analytics), and Resend (email delivery). All outsourced services must meet Yosantech's data processing and compliance standards; the specific vendors used and their compliance requirements are subject to actual procurement, contracts, and legal review.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain login state, remember preferences, and generate anonymized statistics. You can disable or delete cookies anytime via your browser settings, though some features may be affected. The site follows a data-minimization principle and does not deploy advertising retargeting pixels (a consent management banner will be enabled later).

You have the right to query, review, obtain a copy of, supplement or correct, stop the collection/processing/use of, and request deletion of the personal data you provide. To exercise these rights, email service@yosantech.com; we will respond within 24 hours and process your request within a reasonable time.

8. Data security

Yosantech protects data through encrypted transmission (TLS 1.2+), tiered access control, regular backups, and security monitoring. If personal data held by Yosantech is stolen, altered, damaged, lost, or leaked, we will notify affected data subjects in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations, take appropriate response measures, and keep records of how the matter is handled.
